This is a list of books that I feel are the Top 10 book series that elementary students would love to read.

weren’t likely to become best friends, but once they met they have tons of fun
together. This is a great series
for girls of all ages and it is well written by Annie Barrows and illustrated
by Sophie Blackall. This is a great
story!

six-grade boy named Nate Wright.
He is not very interested in school, which usually causes him to get
into some mischief. This hilarious
book is written and illustrated by Lincoln Peirce, who does a great job keeping

should be enjoyed by children of all ages.

up to two young friends to find a way out of the city and save all its people. Through this series, the author Jeanne
Duprau, takes the reader on an adventure of how this city came about and how to save it.
Follow the diary entries of 14-year old Nikki Maxwell, as
she uses drawings and words to communicate the drama that is middle
school. Dork Diaries is the girls
answers to Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and author Rachel Renee Russell does a great
job relating her characters to her audience and this is a great read.

series if full of secrets and mysteries, so you need to read to find out what

In this series, Lemony Snicket writes about three children trying to
escape their evil Uncle Count Olaf.
Children will love the mystery and suspense of not knowing what will
happen to the three orphan kids.
Tom Angleberger did an amazing job integrating two things
that kids enjoy, reading and Star Wars.
This series follows dork named Dwight who talks to his Origami Yoda he
made. The puppet gives advice and
helps other students through their problems. Not only does the book reference Star Wars, but it also
shows how kids can make their own origami.
Beware! This book series will be tickling your funny bone
and will having you on the floor laughing. Written by Jeff Kinney, this book series follows Greg
Heffley as he deals with many things ranging from friends to sibling, and many
other things that kids can relate to.
This famous book series is written by the brillant J.K.
Rowling. The seven book series
follows around three wizards (Harry, Ron, and Hermione) as they go through
school at Hogwarts. From the
beginning to end of the series, Harry fights against the Dark Magic and the
evil Voldermort. The amazing
writing of J.K. Rowling and the engaging subject matter makes this the number
one book for elementary students to read.
